Standard Trading Terms and Conditions applicable to all Sales unless agreed otherwise in writing:
- As fabric is used in circumstances outside of our control we do not warrant that the fabric is fit for your purposes.
- The onus is on you to ensure the fabric is suitable for end use and to do all relevant testing re colourfastness and wash-fastness and to make sure it is suitable for printing and end use.
- Do not mix dye lots cut separately.
- Risk passes on sale and we retain ownership in the fabric until paid for in full.
- Our liability is limited to a return of the fabric (in our discretion) and a credit of any amount paid.
